WEB DESIGN
For my senior project I created my own music festival called Cool Blue fest. For the project I focused on making a website for a possible festival attendee to visit to view ticket prices, view the line up, check out artist pages, and follow the festival on social media, among other things.
To begin I started with outlining what I wanted my festival to be. It was important to think about the type of person who would be attending the festival so I created 3 main personas to inform how I would design my website.
Next I designed a site map and wireframes so I would know the path a user would take when navigating the website. This helped inform what core pages I would design and what needed to be on each page throughout the journey.
In addition to the website design, I also designed a festival poster and several artist specific posters. I combined illustration used on the website with photos of the headliners to create a cohesive brand identity.
